How It Works
1 Sign-up and get introduced to your personal consultant. You work with one person who becomes familiar with you and your website.
2 When you need help, simply email your personal consultant. Within 24 hours, your request will be completed.
3 Throughout the month, your consultant will monitor your site, ensure backups are made and make WordPress updates.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I get each month?
You will work with one person who makes unlimited 30 minute fixes, updates or customizations. On top of your monthly time, we also look after your site by making WordPress and plugin updates plus weekly backups of your site and security scans.
What if I have bigger tasks?
We are happy to give you a custom quote on any requests that we estimate are over 30 minutes of developer time.
What if I do not use any time in a month?
You will still receive proactive daily updates to all plugins, WordPress core updates, weekly backups and security monitoring. If you find that you are not using any support time, we also have a package without unlimited support for $39 per month.
How do I make a request for work?
Simply email your personal consultant who will respond quickly to your request.
What can I use my time for?
It’s up to you! Use your time for content updates, structural changes to your site, design updates, troubleshooting and more. The only thing not included is doing full site redesigns.
Do I have to have a WordPress site?
Yes, we exclusively work on WordPress sites. We are experts in troubleshooting and working on WordPress based websites.
What is the turnaround time on a maintenance request?
We shoot for a 12 hour turnaround time, but this can vary based on the complexity of the request. If we don’t finish your request within 48 hours, we will credit your account with one month of free service.
Do I need to use a credit card to signup for the service?
Yes, we require a credit card to automate billing and collections to more efficiently run our business. We then pass that savings on to you!
Is this really unlimited?
We strive to offer unlimited small tasks (up to 30 minutes) for every client. If we find that you are using an abnormal amount of resources, making it hard to service all of our clients, we will reach out to you.
Do you provide hosting?
No, we work with your current hosting provider so there is no need to switch.
Is there a long term contract to sign?
No, wpONcall is a month to month service. Cancel anytime if you are not happy. We believe in the value of our service and don’t lock you into anything long term.
How do I know I can trust you with my site?
