What do I get each month?

You will work with one person for up to one hour each month on any site changes, modifications or updates. On top of your monthly time, we also look after your site by making WordPress and plugin updates plus weekly backups of your site.

What if I have more than one hour of work in a month?

Time over one hour is charged at $85 per hour. You can also roll over up to one month of unused time.

What if I do not use any time in a month?

You can roll over up to one month of time (1 hour) that can be used in the next month. Even if you don’t use your time for the month you are still getting security, updates and backups.

How do I make a request for work?

Simply email your personal consultant who will respond quickly to your request.

What can I use my time for?

It’s up to you! Use your time for content updates, structural changes to your site, design updates, troubleshooting and more. The only thing not included is doing full site redesigns.

Do I have to have a WordPress site?

Yes, we exclusively work on WordPress sites. We are experts in troubleshooting and working on WordPress based websites.

What is the turnaround time on a maintenance request?

We shoot for a 12 hour turnaround time, but this can vary based on the complexity of the request. Some items can be finished within hours, while bigger requests (a full hour of time) can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Do I need to use a credit card to signup for the free trial?

Yes, we require a credit card to be on file to reduce any abuse of the free trial. You will be billed the normal $69 after 30 day trial is up.

What does the 30 day trial include?

It includes everything you would normally get on the monthly plan.

Do you provide hosting?

No, we work with your current hosting provider so there is no need to switch.

Is there a long term contract to sign?

No, wpONcall is a month to month service. Cancel anytime if you are not happy. We believe in the value of our service and don’t lock you into anything long term.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm PST.
